For IBDP Physics, you should know:

1) The answer is "adjustable." Because a practical basic microscope lacks an adjustable magnification, compound microscopes are used. In a compound microscope, the focus can be changed based on the situation.

2) The lowest frequency of light that, when it strikes a metal surface, triggers the emission of electrons is known as the threshold frequency.

3) In analog transmission, data is conveyed using a modulated signal. TV and radio transmissions are common examples of analog communication.

Digital communication is a sort of communication where information is encoded as a collection of discrete numbers. Optical fibers and computer buses both use digital communication.
