**Vectors and Velocity🚙**

Some quantities are vectors. They have a direction as well as size. Vectors include:

- displacement
- velocity
- force
- acceleration

You will have to know these examples in I/GCSE Physics.

**Calculating Speed🧐**

Speed is calculated from a distance and time.

**Speed (m/s) = distance (m) ÷ time (s)**

This can also be written in the traingle formula.

**Distance-time graphs📉**

The gradient (slope) of the line shows us how fast something is moving.

If a horizontal line is present on the graph it means that the object is stationary.

- Steeper Gradient = faster rate of speed.
