ABOUT HKDSE PHYSICS
WHAT WE SHALL EXPECT FOR
Physics can be seen an extension and application of Mathematics, with more tangible concepts tied in, such as gravity and motion. The amount of content is the lightest, compared to Chemistry and Biology. There are few concepts or principles needed to be memorized, but in the end, can be easily broken down into necessary equations and formulas. You will have to be able to understand how the formulas are derived, and when to apply them in exam to solve the scenario given to you. Learn how to break down and simplify the question and solve each of the parts, bit by bit. A clear mind is needed for breaking down any physics questions!

STRATEGIES & FOCUS FOR 5**
We mainly focus on two key directions to boost up your Physics and do well in the exam. ➀ Concepts - how these equations work, what scenarios it could be applicable to, and how to use these formulas to solve the questions. ➁ Analysis - we will work on as much past papers as possible, going through all the possible cases and approaches, be familiarized with the format and its variables, and thus we will be able to respond and answer quickly in the exam.

We aim to first develop a better understanding on your level and current performance on Physics. Assessment might be conducted depending on the students' form. And we would like to first clear the concepts that you might not be familiar or struggling with in school. We’ll then plan a timeline tailored and specific to your progress, moving on to the upcoming topics in the following session.

Each Session is around 1.5 hours. Every of our students will be individually followed up. We will first cover the topics explaining the concepts and principles behind. Afterwards, we will go through a few selected tricky questions taken from past DSE exam papers, ensuring our student be able to understand and familiarize themselves with the approach and format on the chapter.
